NGI provides house well testing!

Most homeowners don’t think twice about the water they drink and many are not aware that contaminants such as lead, arsenic and radon that occur naturally are commonly found in private wells. NGI provides well testing services for homeowners to ensure the safety of their drinking water. We will collect the samples, and submit them to a state certified laboratory, analyze the results, and provide a report with recommendations for additional testing or treatment, if necessary.

For well sampling information: Depending on the plumbing at your home, NGI may or may not need to go inside the house to collect the samples. For wells that do not have a treatment system, NGI can collect samples from an outside spigot or faucet. For wells that are equipped with a filtration/treatment system, NGI recommends sampling the water before and after treatment system to determine the how well the treatment system is operating. Typically we would need to meet the homeowner to collect the samples. At a minimum we recommend annual testing of house wells.
